- All cheques are to be made payable to: Victoria Milsom
- All BE MY BEAR kits are CE labelled and are not suitable for children under 36 months.
- The party is for two hours which includes time for bear making, party games and your lunch/tea. Your party can be after school or on the weekend, its up to you.
- All you need to supply is the venue and the lunch/tea plus of course the birthday cake. We bring everything else needed includng games, prizes and music!
- Each child brings their own cuddly friend to life by stuffing and fluffing them, then we play party games. No sewing is needed as the bears have a special one way zip closure which is covered by velcro.
- Your party goes do not all need to have the same Bear/Animal but they do all need to be the same size. See ragdoll party for the exception.
- Please see induvidual party listings for minimum requirements but there is no maximum as an additional party organiser can be bought along.

No Party bags are needed as all toys are given with a luxury party bag for children to take their new friends home in.
